Looking ahead to 2021? Previous year Clan Tent, Society Tent and Competitor Tent participants will receive participation packets at their address of record around the 1st of April, 2021. It is previous year Clan Tent, Society Tent and Competitor Tent participants’ responsibility to inform the SSHGA of address changes.
Closing date for Clan Tent, Society Tent and Competitor Tent participants is July 1, 2021. Late applications may be accepted at double the fee, space permitting.
Booth space for New Clan Tent, Society Tent and Pipe Band Tent participants for our event are subject to a juried process and is limited to content that must fit within our Scottish themed event. Please send your letter of introduction to the Clan Tent & Vendor Committee at the address listed below. The closing date to submit a letter of introduction for the 2021 event is June 1, 2021.
