2020 Featured Clan
Our thanks to the Clan MacLean PNW for their sponsorship this year. You can see their tartan, Clan MacLean Modern Hunting, featured on our brochures, posters, Games program and the website.
The SSHGA is a federally recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and is classified as a public charity.
Donors can deduct any contributions they make to the SSHGA under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. Items that were paid for over and above the stated value at the Heather Ball auction this year also qualify. Keep in mind that the SSHGA also benefits if the company you work for has a gift-matching program.
Sponsors can deduct any competition trophies or prize money donated.
Note: Our charitable status was effective as of 4 September 2015 which means you may take any eligible deductions for any donations made.
We would like to acknowledge and thank our 2019 sponsors.

Invitation To Become a Sponsor
Each year, many groups, individuals, and businesses support the Games through sponsorship of one or more events. Sponsors’ contributions are greatly appreciated, help to defer the cost of putting on the Games, and ensure the continued growth of this annual event. All sponsors will be listed in the souvenir program magazine in recognition of their support. Sponsors receive free tickets to the Games; one ticket for each day of sponsorship.
Please take a moment to review the following list to consider the class to sponsor. If duplicate sponsorships are received for the same competition, your sponsorship will be applied to the next applicable class.
The deadline for listing names in the program is 11 June each year.
