Dear Friend of the Seattle Scottish Highland Games Association:
The Seattle Scottish Highland Games Association, a non-profit (c)(3) group, will host their 57th Annual Heather Tartan Ball & Silent Auction on November 4, 2023 at the Seattle Latvian Cultural Center in Seattle, Washington. This event is an important fundraiser that provides key support for our defining program, the Annual Pacific Northwest Scottish Highland Games and Clan Gathering, the sixth oldest Gathering of its kind in the United States.
Our Games are growing substantially each year and we are looking forward to another year of participation by hundreds of pipers, dancers, drummers, athletes, harpists, pipe bands and Clansmen, and all the color, pageantry and excitement they bring with them! The Games will be held again at the Enumclaw Expo Center in Enumclaw on July 27 and 28, 2024.
A donation to the Heather Tartan Ball & Silent Auction will be crucial in helping to ensure that our Annual Pacific Northwest Scottish Highland Games & Clan Gathering will be an even bigger success than in previous years.
Please take a moment to consider what you could give in support of this event. A donation form is available below to make donating simple and quick. Donations from companies, organizations and/or individuals help to make our non-profit, all-volunteer, self-supporting event possible. In return for your generous gift, you will be highlighted in our auction program and other materials related to the event, which will be seen by more than 250 guests who are expected to attend.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you and hope that you will donate to this very worthwhile Association whose aim is to perpetuate the Scottish arts of piping, drumming, dancing, harping and athletics in the Pacific Northwest!7
Heather Tartan Ball Tickets will be on sale towards the end of August. Stay tuned!

As a self-supporting, non-profit, all-volunteer organization funding our programs can be difficult. With no corporate backing behind us, and the escalation of expenses over the last few years, our efforts to meet our budget requirements and explore additions to our lineup, has been stymied.
Our journey has been a struggle but with your donation we can navigate and survive these unprecedented times and go into the future solvent and whole! YOU are appreciated.
Thank you for donating to help us continue bringing Scotland to the Pacific Northwest!
