A Fun Way To Kick Off The Holiday Season!

After a pandemic induced hiatus December 4 will again find the Seattle Scottish Highland Games Association fielding an entry in the Annual Enumclaw Christmas Parade. Since our move to the Expo Center in 1987 the Enumclaw community has faithfully supported our Pacific Northwest Scottish Highland Games and Clan Gathering.  Our Association feels that we give a wee bit  back to the community by our participation. Plus, it will give us the opportunity to let the community know we will be back July 23 and 24, 2022 with the Games! Our thanks to Farley Bartelmes and Reinis Ritelis for updating the dates on our event signs!!!

If you feel comfortable joining us, we are calling all pipers, drummers, dancers and kilted marchers to march with us this year with masks except of course the pipers. No kilt? Tartan scarves and mufflers work! The theme for this year is The Mean One and rumor has it he will be in attendance!

We will not have our usual social gathering following the parade this year.

Saturday, December 4, 2021
5 PM – Marchers meet in the Library parking lot (Railroad & Griffin) to grab a banner
5:45 PM – March to the Line Up and Staging Area (TBA)
6:00 PM – Parade Starts

As we get closer, please let us know if you plan to join our entry, especially banner carriers! We look forward to seeing you and joining our Clan SSHGA entry.
