Previous year Clan Tent, Society Tent and Competitor Tent participants will receive participation packets at their address of record around the 1st of April. It is the previous years' Clan Tent, Society Tent and Competitor Tent participants' responsibility to inform the SSHGA of address changes. Closing date for Clan Tent, Society Tent and Competitor Tent participants is July 1, 2011. Late applications may be accepted at double the fee, space permitting.

New Clan Tent, Society Tent and Pipe Band Tent participants may send a letter of introduction stating who they are and their purpose. The closing date to submit a letter of introduction for the 2011 event is June 15, 2011.

Please send your letter of introduction directly to the Clan Tent & Vendor Chairman.

The tartan used on this site is the Seattle District Tartan
Emerald green for the Emerald City - Seattle,
Aegean blue for the waters around the city,
Primrose pink for the wild rhododendrons native to the region,
White for the snowy mountains,
and
Yellow for the golden sunshine of summer.
